After more than 25 years in financial services, I've come to recognize this dynamic easily—because I lived it myself.

I excelled academically and built a successful career by focusing on what mattered most in front of me. But my focus was selective.

Like many driven people, I put my energy where I felt most confident and in control. In other areas—especially my personal life—I assumed things would work themselves out. That lack of attention eventually showed up in ways I couldn't ignore, including an unhealthy divorce that affected not just my emotions, but my family and sense of stability.

What I eventually realized is that being capable isn't the same as being intentional.

That insight reshaped how I approach both my life and my work. Today, I help high-level professionals bring clarity and structure to their financial lives with the same thoughtfulness they apply to their careers.
